Our latest Good Eats attempt. It went really well, but it turns out that risotto is not really my cup of tea. My thoughts- lemon zest, nutmeg, and Parmesan cheese do not mix very well.

Mmmm...That looks,...like it might be worth trying. :) I had some chocolate rice milk today. It was delicious. Thank you for your post. It sounds like you are becoming quite the cook.
