Markets and Drive-Ins

Craig and I are having so much fun finding out about all of the cool events going on in the area. Our town, Lake Oswego, holds a farmers market right by the lake every Saturday morning. We went and checked it out a couple weekends ago and it is awesome! There are tons of tents everywhere that sell locally grown fruits and vegetables, flowers, and homemade foods. They also have live music presentations by local chefs from restaurants around the area. We had so much fun just walking around the place and trying all of the samples. We ended up buying a jar of homemade coconut lentil soup and also a bottle of locally jarred salsa. Both were delicious!

Drive-in movies are awesome! We found one that's about a half an hour away from us and it was definitely worth the drive. They played two movies (Up and The Proposal) so we ended up staying there a long time, especially since we got there early to get a good spot. It was great because you don't have to sit still, you can bring in your own snacks, and you can talk without bugging other watchers. We loved it!

Beck-I'm going to pretend like your blog is your journal that you'd never let me see freshman year. I'm gonna relish the juice.
